The goal of this study is to measure how autonomic function changes with posture and see how non-invasive electrical spinal stimulation affects people with hypermobility and dysautonomia. The study will involve multiple sessions involving postural changes done at the same time as electrical stimulation therapy customized to the trial participant to evaluates the effectiveness and safety of electrical stimulation of the spinal cord to see if it can modify heart rate, blood pressure and subjective reports of levels of comfort and energy.
